1. Grant of License. 6. Events Beyond SeaLily Adventures’ Control. 7. Submissions. SeaLily Adventures also welcomes your feedback and suggestions about how to improve a Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
